It’s important to choose the TV program carefully. Though television is the most important channel which provide the information and entertainment, it may have some faults. Some programs which are full of violence and lust will have a worse influence on teenagers. It takes much time to watch TV will hurt your eyesight. Therefore, we should choose the programs that are helpful for us. The most importantly, don’t be a couch potato.

Computer plays an important role in our daily life. It can not only help students to hand in homework quickly but also can send the information in time. As long as you turn on the computer, you will fall in love with it. However, be sure to remind yourself, you can’t sit in front of the computer for a long time. Most parents don’t like their children depending on computer; especially, discussing on bulletin board wastes much time.
